Up on a Tree

What this monkey suffered in my hands! Before I got this one, I spent half an hour throwing him into the air to catch a falling monkey, but it looked weird :p so I gave it a rest and got this one, maybe he was felling a little sick after those little flights.

Beauty in the Sun

Barbie is used to it, great model, cooperative… ahahaha. On this one I got the help of my daughter, she held a paper on the left side of the doll to reflect the sun light coming from the right, breaking the shadows on Barbie’s face.

Buuuuuuu!!!

This one gave me more work. Needed low light conditions to add a spooky effect, so I had to use the tripod, for the light I used a led flashlight bouncing off a sheet of paper glued to the tripod. Again, wide aperture to get the blurry effect.

The most difficult task for me this week was choosing the toys, they’re so many!!!! :p I’ve planned to build a lightbox for this week’s shoot, but I came across this fantastic work, it was very inspirational.
