Bitten Apple

It reminded me of the movie Aliens, the eggs of the alien. But these are Nespresso coffee capsules.

I like subtle curves and minimalism, so I ended up looking around the house for those kind of objects.
My comments as usual:
1. Excellent shot! I love the framing of the subject, I like the colors and everything. It’s simple and neat! Good job!
2. Again great shot. I like the angled view and the lighting is very good. Since I am a sharpness freak I would have tried with more depth of field to get the entire apple very sharp.
3. On this one I like the soft light but I would frame it differently, maybe rotating the camera back to the normal position and trying to get the coffee button more in the center of the shot, maybe looking from a different angle.
4. Very original idea, the colors and the focus on the red capsule make it very cool. Again I would try to put the red one right in the center of the shot (a little to the left from where it is now) but still respecting the rule of thirds vertically which i think it’s correct in the shot.
