I’m not a particularly big fan of Christmas, which nowadays is just a big commercial event. I’m not against buying stuff - I’m just against the cultural obligation of doing so. In this shot I tried to capture how mundane Christmas has become, with another commercial message reflected on a puddle of dirty water on cobblestones. I considered inverting and flipping the reflection, but in the end decided it looks better as I saw it.
