My Geko 201
Canon EOS 400D + Canon 18-55mm + 2 Remote flashes + 2 ebay triggers
1/100 of a secon - f/4.5 ISO 100
Taken using my cheap remote ebay triggers, and two flashes, one with a blue gel pointing to the background and another one with no gel pointing with a snoot to the gps device.

Canon EOS 400D + Tamron 28-300mm + 1 remote flash
1/200 of a second - f/11 - ISO100
I’ve used a flash pointing from the left side with a white piece of paper on the right to make the bounce of the light. This could be my own bike, but no
is just a plain toy…

Canon EOS 400D + Tamron 28-300mm + 1 Remote Flash
1/200 of a second - f/9 - ISO 100
For this one I’ve placed the beautiful model with a black background and a reflector on the right. The remote flash was placed on the left with a transparent piece of paper to make some diffuse light.

Canon EOS 400D + Tamron 28-300mm + 1 Remote flash trigger
1/200 of a second - f/11 - ISO 100
I’ve used the same configuration for this one, as I’ve used to the BMW one. Changed the background from yellow to black. I now wish I had removed the manual from the box :P…

I’m actually quite pleased with my work for this weeks assignment, well it could be better, but it’s quite reasonably.
Thank you Katy for the patience :).

My comments this week:
1. A great shot with nice outdoor/adventure style to it… for advertising I would definitely have the GPS on with some interesting data on the screen;
2. A nice and well lit shot;
3. Good use of light to reflect on the bra; congrats on the model too;
4. An interesting shot but for a watch picture I think it is important to see all the details of the watch, so I would get rid of the box or put it in the back and concentrate on the watch; there is a shadow on the left of the frame and there is a distracting reflection on the bottom left, which is the photographer…
oh and it should be very very sharp too, you wanna feel the texture of it.
good job joão!
